Self Care 

Take care of yourself so you can take care of others - Even before COVID-19, parenting is an all-consuming responsibility. Now, more than ever, your family depends on your strength and security. But you cannot give those to anyone else if you deplete them from yourself. Prioritize eating well, adequate rest, and mental/emotional care for yourself. Let go of the other things that interfere with those. You DO NOT have to do everything except be there for each other. 

Dedicate time for activities that makes you happy (reading, yoga, hiking, singing, spend time with friends, pick a hobby if you don’t have one etc…)
